We were very pleased with this hotel. We arrived very early after a long flight and our room was ready. The staff at the front desk every time we went there were friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and a good size. Beds were comfortable. The bathroom was nice and spacious, the shower was clean and had good water pressure. The breakfast every morning was very good. Plenty of choices that I believe anyone is bound to find something they like. It would get crowded especially on the weekend, but we never had any problems finding a place to sit or getting enough food. The staff at breakfast were also very kind and accommodating. The hotel itself is a short walk from the Waterloo tube and train station- which is why we booked it. It's off of a main street- Waterloo Road, so we felt safe the whole time going back and forth. There is also a stop not too far away (5 min walk maybe) for the Big Bus Tour if that's something you're interested in. They brought us extra towels and pillows when we asked. There was an ice maker on the floor if you are looking for ice. We were on the 2nd floor so not really a great view, but we weren't in the room looking for a view so I didn't mind. If you're looking for a place in Waterloo, I would definitely recommend this hotel.

We've stayed here previously and really enjoyed it but this time the room was quite dirty, we booked a premium room thinking it would be nicer but there was hair in the bed and one of the towels was covered in yellow crusty stains which was highly unpleasant. There was also no water bottles in the room which was okay, but we were charged £4 for one in reception which seemed steep when other Hilton branches offer them free in the room.

I absolutely loved the hotel, the service and the location. From the amazing breakfast (with a waffle machine), to the takeaway breakfast they gave us was top notch. It has a bus station right next to the entrance and the Waterloo station after a 5 min walk. Highly recommended hotel. Do try out the best Fish & Chips at Fishcoteque, and the shawarma next door.

At checkin room was not available put into a different room. There are 3 of us we booked for family and theedding for the sofa bed was not made ( we had to do this). There was not a towel for each of us. The room and bedding we so dusty. Our son (who does not have problems breathing) had breathing problems all night and still has due to dust. There was a layer of dust over our belongings and cups of water making them undrinkable.
