I love this hotel, and i love the staff in it. This is my first time staying at the hard rock hotel. The room is kept VERY clean, the staff is friendly and imemdiately fulfills requests. In fact there are several extra things in the details that make this hotel stand out amongst all others. Things such as friendliness, extra turn down service. Constant check ins for needs. The little touches like the make up wipes, deoderant, nespresso and water for the bedside. They may not all be needed but those details go above and beyond.

From check-in and check-out, staff were very friendly. Rooms were fantastic! I can’t say enough about the rooms. They are beautiful. We were so impressed. Any amenity you need is there. The turndown service was unexpected and added that special touch. Loved our stay!

This place is pretty darn cool! Unfortunately, we booked a room strictly to sleep in after a late night concert (we are 2 hours away) so we didnt get to actually experience the ammenities including the pool! The room was spectacular! We chose the most inexpensive option and it exceeded our expectations by a long shot. Most comfortable hotel bed I have ever slept in. The lights under the bed were a nice touch. Bathroom was gorgeous! Room service was an added bonus and the food was fantastic. Only downfall is the pricing on any snacks or mini bar in the room. I would highly recommend bringing your own booze/snacks or you will end up with a hefty bill when you leave. Staff was super accomodating and kind. Bartenders at the speakeasy were engaging and bondable! .

As a whole, this place is fantastic! Still new, so everything seemed very clean. Cute touch to loan out record players and records to your room. I think you can even loan out a guitar & amp! Book ahead if you want to check out the speakeasy, it’s a busy spot. Also book in advance the golf simulators. That looked like so much fun for a group of any age, there are other sports not just golf.
