Good choice for visiting London

At first, I was worried that I might have chosen the wrong place because it seemed far from the Underground to central London. But surprisingly, the national rail station to Waterloo was only a 5-minute walk away, which made it a perfect choice for sightseeing in London. When I arrived, I got off at the nearest Piccadilly Line station and took a taxi to the hotel. On the way back, I went to Waterloo Station, left my luggage there, enjoyed some sightseeing, and then took the train to the airport from there. The price was reasonable, and the breakfast was standard. I highly recommend this place for anyone visiting London for sightseeing.

Good a few things to improve upon..

Check-in was quick and efficient and Jacob was friendly and welcoming. Disappointed that for a stay of two night costing over £300 toilet paper in the bathroom was cheap and 1-ply expected a better quality for the price paid. Breakfast was good, unable to sample food in the evening as they stopped serving at 8pm would have been good if that was advertised.

The property is clean, quiet and located close to the station. The staff were incredibly helpful and provided excellent service. The room was spacious and quiet, however, was quite hot at night. They did provide a fan in the room which did help slightly. The hotel is located close to Heathrow so there was some daytime noise from the planes taking off, however, it wasn't disruptive at night. The breakfast was a typical hotel breakfast - nothing special but not terrible either. Would recommend but just beware of the A/C issue. It's not a make or break, just something to be aware of.

Good comfortable stay

Overall, a good stay for 3 nights, with good location, parking available and breakfast. Staff very helpful and rooms comfortable. We stayed during a hot spell, and stay would have been more comfortable if air conditioning was working, although we were given good notice in advance on this.
