No shampoo or conditioner in the room or at the front desk. Toilet seat was broken. Only one tea cup to share for a room with 2 people. Room was dated. TV remote control was very dirty. Breakfast was good.

Completely enjoyed my stay at the Hyde Park Radnor. It is just over a block away from Paddington Station so it was quite EASY to walk there. The staff was lovely and gave this first time London visitor some great suggestions for food and things to see within walking distance. I will cerostay there again next time I visit London.

All the workers were pleasant! Definitely will come back here coz it’s walking distance to train station and restaurants. It’s so convenient that when you get hungry, restaurants were accessible. Also, I love they’re free breakfast.

Room was v cold and radiator didn’t work in -1 degrees! Flush was broken on the toilet Breakfast was laughable- completely unequipped for the volume- only ran 7-9am on a Sunday and at 8.15 the hot offering (bacon, beans, egg) was empty. The queue to refil meant it was never really refilled so we ended up filling up on toast and croissants which was not ideal. Wouldn’t return or recommend - there are other better value for money options

Very small bathroom,but it’s very central to sightseeing and a great price for being directly in London. Beds were ok and pillows are soft. Breakfast was not really worth it too many ppl and not enough food. Very small room but comfortable & clean overall.

This is a cozy, small hotel with incredibly friendly, welcoming staff. The location is excellent, close to Hyde Park and Paddington Station, with lots of sightseeing within walking distance. The room was clean and comfortable, with a good hot shower and a very comfortable bed. Breakfast was tasty and a nice way to start the day. Overall, I had a great stay and would be very happy to book this hotel again.
