The bathroom looked like a pod that was installed into the room. I felt like I was using a port-a-potty. You can see where things were starting to rust because of the material the pod is made from. The television in the room wasn’t working either. The beds weren’t comfortable and the mattress pad kept slipping off.
Decent room, needs a bit of new decor, but generally okay

We were given an accessible room (which we hadn’t asked for) - shower curtain which was dirty and didn’t reach the floor so the bathroom floor was soaking wet. Bed was comfy and aircon good. Hotel seemed tired - we wouldn’t stay again
I was pleasantly surprised by ibis London Blackfriars. The location was perfect for South Bank Centre, just 10 minutes walk away. The bar/restaurant on the ground floor offered excellent value for money, although a few more options for the set menus would have been good. The rooms were basic but perfectly adequate for one night’s stay. The air-con and WiFi worked well, and there were USB ports (both A and C types) at the sockets, etc. Unfortunately the TV didn’t work, and there was just one bath towel per person (no face towels).
Was a clean room, not a comfy bed at all. So hard uncomfortable, staff friendly but not very good with info on the area. Not alot of english speaking people. Air conditioning great. Hotel was Secure and safe though. Good for a night but thats it.
Everything was clean and covered necessities. The beds were comfortable along with the bedding. My only downside was no fridge for being able to keep medication cold. Everything else was great.
Liked everything about the property especially since its closest to the easiest subway station to take to london bridge and from there you can get wherever you need to go.
Cons: wish it had a mini fridge to store some drinks

I had a major dental problem while I was staying there. Racheal found me a dentist and even dialed their number for me. The staff deserves for more than 5 stars - especially Racheal. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Thanks again Racheal!
Solid stay for a solo, female traveler. Very safe and central to public transit, food, attractions, convenience stores and late night entertainment.
TV was a little wonky and sometimes would disconnect from wifi or your device if you were casting. Management did offer to move me to another room but it was a few days into my trip and not a huge priority at that point.
Would stay again!

Clean hotel, nice breakfast, and dinner in Charlie's(extra charge) but reasonable
Welcome was ok, room basic, and not hot on comfort, beds weren't great, but ok for what we needed for the night..
Enjoyed the 12pm checkout at no extra charge.
