Room was tiny should never be a double, put case on shelf high up and it ended up covered in dust. Staff helpful and polite. Property in need of upgrade as looks tired. Have stayed in similar priced properties locally which were far better.

The room was clean. The receptionist took our bags up to our room on the top floor. It was easy access from St Pancras and Kings Cross.
The room and en suite were small with a broken shower screen.
Good for an overnight, but not great for a longer period. I should add that we do normally try to book "Very Good" or "Excellent" properties, but this suited our travel arrangements.
The hotel is in very poor condition. It’s barely ok for a stop over if you have an early Eurostar to catch, but this hotel is no place to stay for anything else. The rooms are tiny and the decor is very poor. The immediate location also has rough sleepers outside the front door.

Close to King’s Cross station, which is ideal!
Room was ok for a short 3-night stay. Bathroom could use some needed upgrades, shower was hot or cold. A bit pricey for the condition of the room, but close to the station so that compensates the price for me
The room was "very" small , the bathroom was "very small" , the basin took ages to drain , the maintenance was clearly lacking , room has not seen paint in ages , the only good thing going for this places is location, other than that i would not return under same circumstances.
The room was very small looked unclean with a towel collecting water from a leaking radiator. The bathroom was tiny with a broken shower head that wouldn't stay up and looked unclean. Mugs and kettle were dirty therefore couldn't have a hot drink in the morning.

So, lovely guy on reception. Promised a nicer room if we returned. Very convenient as other hotels were very expensive due to marathon and FA cup. Room was small and despite being down a road off the main drag was quite noisy. It was Saturday night though.

I need to book four hotels for my European trip, and l have bought full insurance. The first hotel l booked was from you, and the booking process did not involve insurance, but in the end I had to spend more than $50 to buy unnecessary insurance. I am very angry about your management and will not book hotels from your company. The next three hotels will be booked from other
companies.

This hotel is designed for the low budget backpacker
I felt unsafe due to the door locks. It is like a bedroom door in a house. There's an exit door. I felt it's too easily accessible to break into either door into a very small room
The Hotel shouldn't be called a hotel more a dirty hovel. I have no idea how the are able to function legally with the standards they have. Dirty, double room was a queen size bed with a mattress so lop sided we had to sleep top to tail in a queen size. There was never any staff at reception to complain to and there was noise all hours of the night, banging and shouting. Not seen curtains that filthy in my life. Glass bottle tap water in the room, god knows how old? Do not waste your hard earned cash there.
