The location is really convenient, many amenities around and very walking distance to any public transportation. The bed is terrible, old and thin and the springs poking while sleeping. Couldn't get a good sleep during the stay. The room is very small, bathroom door can't be opened all the way, stuck with the bed. The only stool in the room is worn. The double door to the room from the aisle is too tight to bring luggages into the room.

The room was facing onto Kings Cross but the internal window could not be fully shut due to brackets in place. This meant that I could not sleep all night due the noise of the traffic etc outside. Worst nights sleep I’ve had staying around Kings Cross (as in no sleep). Staff were friendly and was able to check in at 10.30 which was great but not being able to sleep all night was not great.

Room was a little tricky to find in hotel as located up & down stairs which was a little confusing. Bed kept moving away from wall as was on wheels & the filth under the bed was somewhat in need of a hoover. Bathroom was a wet room & I only just fitted under the shower head & in 5’3” so anyone tall would have to kneel. Staff were friendly the negatives could soon be corrected.

The location of the hotel is excellent. The room was small but not a concern. Had everything we needed and was cozy and clean. Staff were really helpful. Thr only negative was the mattress has had better days. A bit hammock like now. Would stay here again.

Room was spacious and comfortable and bed very comfy too. Shower had good pressure and was a good temperature. Extra effort was made with the towels to pretty things up and there were ample sockets for charging, hair dryer etc. Staff were friendly. Would stay again.

Lovely clean modern room and very close to the main international, national and underground station (2 minute walk) but down a quiet street. The lovely gentleman at reception helped me with my bag as I was on floor one which didn’t require a lift. However is one for all the other levels. If I get back to London I will be staying again as it was also welll priced.

Location was exactly what we wanted but unfortunately the accommodation was disappointing. Access to rooms was difficult as even though there is a lift it seems to stop between floors and we still had many steps to negotiate. The heating system wasn’t effective was cold all night had the heating on full all night still cold in the morning. Mattress dipped in the middle and could feel springs The curtain didn’t reach the floor so the light came through as is a floor up window. Room & bathroom was tired and in needed of attention. Wouldn’t return!
