Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was basic but enough for what we needed. The bad was a little small than expected and quite soft. It was just myself and my young daughter and we kept rolling in the middle of the bed.

Basic but clean

Well it wasnt the Ritz lol The room was quite small and my sister went to the bathroom and the sliding door fell off on one side, but we went out and it was sorted when we got back. Bathroom was fine, shower was hot and place was spotless so cant complain for what we paid. Basic but was fine for one night and close to kings cross.

Needs deposit of 100. Reception staff was not very accommodating. Room was dusty, my friend ended up having itchynnose and cough when she stayed in the bed. Location is very good.

Not good value for money!

Don't be misled by the photo of the front of the hotel! It is tired, scruffy and the entrance was lined with discarded drink cans. The double room we stayed in was small and stuffy, with the bed up against the wall. The bathroom smelt terrible, musty and unclean. On a positive note, there was a fridge in the room and the hotel is just a stones throw from St Pancras station.

I don’t know where to start. The check in ‘reception’ area, the smell, the disgusting window frame not filtering any noise from the outside, or them giving a key to a man to come into a room with 3 sleeping women at 4 am. Can I really not expect better for £200 a night? Complaint inbound hotels.com!

Not worth the price

Old warn out property. Not easy to move around with luggage. Steps up and down even after the elevator Floors were dirty, bathroom smelled, staff was just there. Not friendly.

Poor nights sleep

I had a terrible nights sleep, it was so noisy and they had secondary glazing which was pointless because the main window had glass broken, The beds were camp beds with flat uncomfortable mattress and one pillow. I would not recommend this hotel.
