Our room was amazing, views of london city to die for, staff very friendly and would say our room wa one of the best rooms we have weve stayed, apart from the The Shard. The only critiscism i had was the bath/ shower could do with a little tlc.. bath jacuzzi element didnt work & shower not very powerful but that was it ..would recommend highly

Upon arrival check in staff did not off any VIP access benefits and looked unhappy and were unhelpful. Asked for a quiet room and did not get one. The home less migrant crisis was evident in and outside the hotel and travelling around London it was sad to see the poverty and depravation caused by Mayor Khan and the Labour Party.

Lovely hotel, staff and location

The hotel was lovely and clean. All the staff we encountered were very friendly in particular a waiter at breakfast who gave my son a high five! Breakfast was very good and plenty of choice too. We also really enjoyed the pool and how they had family swim times too. There was a problem with our air con but they brought a portable unit up very quickly which was great. It was quite noisy though so I had to have it on the lowest setting possible or we wouldn’t have been able to sleep. Also an excellent location to visit the Tower of London and any River Thames tours. We would highly recommended it.
