Great location

Loved our stay here. Family were running The Big Half marathon and we couldn’t have been in a better location for getting to the start. Perfect for visiting Tower Bridge and the Tower of London and for accessing the Uber Boat which were all just a short walk away. All the staff we met were professional and very helpful. Room was lovely and of a great size for the 3 of us. Bathroom looked tired but still very clean. Bath quite high to access if you have any knee or hip problems. Did notice some silverfish in the bathroom. The spa and gym facilities were definitely an added bonus. Access to water, fruit and biscuits in the reception was another nice touch. Overall we had a fantastic stay and would definitely use again.

North American Family Vacationing the UK

Love the location as it is within walking distance to the Tower of London. Hotel pool had restricted hours for swimming with children which was not always ideal. In addition, the hallways had no air conditioning and you needed to wait a long time for an elevator - I guess it’s eco-friendly but at the comfort of your guests. Hotel rooms were air conditioned and comfortable, and also a good size room for the UK and comparable to what we are accustomed to in North America. Loved the shortbread cookies in the Lobby, and now buying them back in Canada. The breakfast was excellent and was way better than any hotel breakfast we’ve had in Canada or the USA. I would recommend the hotel to friends/family if they were touring London with their family.

Nice stay

It was a lovely stay. Hotel was very clean. Smelt very nice, staff were friendly. Not issue was I booked 2 rooms and both rooms had no working A/C so became extremely hot and difficult to sleep. Had to call concierge at 3am who provided a portable fan but wasn’t very helpful and extremely noisy. So the noise wasn’t helpful.

The property location itself was nice right by a train station, which made it really convenient and definitely walking distance to Tower Bridge. Tons and tons of food options, which was really beneficial as well. I found the washrooms to be quite dirty with grime all over the tiles. I also ended up getting an allergic reaction from the bedsheets and I was staying in an executive room.

We have stayed at quite a few of the Leonardos around this area and this is normally our favourite but this time the Room was quite dusty and the remote for the tv control was disgusting

Overall we had a lovely stay and would definitely stay again. I big shoutout to the Concierges who helped bring our bags down the stairs to the lobby and for answering our questions. We enjoyed our hosts in the breakfast dining room who welcomed us every morning with a smile, and a table. We give another shoutout out to Arnel, whose hospitality started the day off right. The housekeepers were wonderful, whenever extra towels were needed, we had them in minutes. Spa was nice and relaxing, as was the pool.

The lobby was beautiful, always someone at the desk. The offerings of waters and biscuits were handy in the lobby. The pool is huge, the hours for children were decent. The pillows were hard as rocks, and our room wasn't serviced two days - but i think that's our fault since our schedule was weird. The bathrooms having a full bathtub and a shower was nice. plenty of hot water and it was very quiet. exceptional location to Tower Hill Station and the Tower of London.

Very spacious luxury room with a distinstiive view of London including Big Ben and Tower of London. Lovely opening your curtains to an amazing sught seeing city in real life. Bed was very comfortable and pillows with a peaceful sleep,no noise disruption and quality sleep. Bedroom amenities have everyhing needed even to toothbrushes and toothpaste and a lovely coffee machine with my favourite biscuits,shortbread. Staff were very profesdional,caring and heloful with directions and recommendations to the cities attractions for our family for all age groups as we had children with us. Underground is a minute walk from hotel which is ideal. Would definately recommend this hotel. 5 star quality.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Very convenient location close to Towerhill Subway station. Lovely fragrance in the lobby area. Family room with 2 double beds was comfortable and spacious, very reasonably priced for central London. Bathroom was a bit dated but functional. Breakfast was tasty and there was a good variety of options. Would stay again.
