Clean specious room with amazing view of Tower bridge. Buffet breakfast was amazing with fresh croissants and egg station. Location was great proximity to tube. The kids loved the snack shop and pool. Wife loved the spa.

The room air con didnt work. It had a HL code on the thermostat appear when trying to adjust anything. Although it went down to 19 degrees the room never went below 21.5 all night. I did report to reception who said they could look i to a room swap but then the air con kicked in so we didnt move. However, after a few minutes it stopped working again by which point it was really late and we had gone to bed. So i said about the issues upon check out but the staff didnt even acknowledge the issue. I wasnt impressed either by the issue or the staff reponse. I wont be staying at the Leonardo again. The only good thing i can say is that the room was clean.

Room was clean and comfortable. Location is great. Check in took 30 minutes of queuing. We hadn’t checked in on line before arriving but the friends who had still had to queue with the rest of us! Staff thanked us for being patient. The whole hotel, including our room, was uncomfortably hot and the aircon in our room wasn’t working. We asked a staff member to look into this but nothing changed. The hotel is quite expensive and we found it a bit disappointing

I had so many issues with my stay here. First off, I was sent all the way to my room on the 8th floor, I go in and start to unpack my things including some drinks I wanted to put in the mini fridge. To my surprise, the fridge would not open at all ? No sign or anything indicating what the actual reason was, so I had to call down to reception to take forever to answer, to be told the fridge is locked and I would need to come all the way back down to reception to pay £50 for them to unlocked the fridge and they would refund it back if nothing was touched after my stay. This was frustrating as I’d already undressed and I should’ve just been informed when checking in. I then asked for a bucket of ice which hadn’t arrived after 30 minutes so I called down again to check the status and the person on the phone told me they’d forgotten what room number I was so they didn’t bother to bring me the ice because they didn’t want to knock on all of the rooms to find me..the next issue was that I tried to connect my phone with the tv using the barcode they have on the display screen and it did not work. Maintenance had to come and check it and confirmed it wasn’t working and he couldn’t fix it and he would report this so I could move rooms. Another 30+ minutes went by and I still hadn’t heard anything so again I’ve had to call down to reception. I finally had my room moved and when I collected all of my stuff together I got to the room and it was significantly smaller, smelled awful and th

Second time I have stayed at this hotel. Love the location and the pool. Slight issue with cleaning service (despite being out for long stretches we had to ask for our room to be cleaned). Pillows were a but hard even after we requested soft ones.
