Like many other reviewers have pointed out this is a basic hotel with no lifts (elevators), crammed corridors and small rooms. I do not recommend it for long stays with a family. It suited me fine as I had a flight from LHR the next day and wanted to be close to Paddington station to catch Heathrow express. There are plenty of eating options in the area but I did not take advantage of that. The room is small in all aspects including the bathroom. The shower was fine with plenty of hot water and price cannot be beaten

We stayed in room 106, the noise from the floor above from 3am till 4am was that loud it woke us all up , it was like people were moving furniture around. I ended up getting dressed to go to reception to see what was going on , the noise finally stopped for 4 hours the started again at 8am. Needless to say we were all shattered the next day. If you are to book make sure you ask for a top floor room

Dont go near this gotel. Its not what you aee advertised on hotels.com. the rooms are disgusting i wouldnt leave a dog to stay there. Way to small with soecially built snaller than small doubke beds to fit s snall space, ok fo r solo traveler not for couple.im disabled andcwasvexoected to bring own luggage and getbup stairs to 3rd floor. No lift. Dontvstaybhere!!
Do NOT stay here. The worst place ever. The hotel is extremely dirty and the people who work there are NOT helpful at all.
The rooms are also very very small and dirty. The bathroom vent don’t work. There is no hot water unless you request which means going downstairs as room phones don’t work.
I have complained to Expedia as well however they are also NOT helpful. I moved out same day as it was just disgusting.
There was no service. I left. The room was in the basement. We had to carry luggage down a steep and narrow staircase. No one offered to help. The room was musty smelling. I knew it would be small, as I have been to London many times, but I did not expect a damp cell. It was horrible. I carried all the luggage back up the steps and found another place. I would really like a refund. I can’t believe this place would be on your site. It was a room in the basement. I will never trust your site again.
