During my stay, on possibly the hottest day of the year the air conditioning was out of service. The primary lift from reception was also u/s. The food was good and I was particularly well looked after by Luke in the bar/restaurant. I've booked again for next week.

Room was very small considering the price charged also had to deal with a rude member of staff who was very unprofessional and I had to involve management Also you had to pay £10 per day to park onsite if booked through a 3rd party overhaul quite a frustrating stay Would not return

Very busy hotel with functions on all weekend. No air conditioning working , but a fan was in the room as a help. Lots of Weddings guests and celebrations going on, nice to seem them all having a great time. Food was very good and the bar service was fine , good staff everywhere. Parking cost extra per 24 hours. Overall very good and would use again.
