Too many stairs for my old knees (no lift/elevator). Staff was friendly. But MANY equipment items were broken/malfunctioning, including TV monitor, TV remote, telephone, refrigerator, window.

Great place

Very nice welcome from reception staff. Clean, nicely decorated and good sized room. Two min walk to underground. Nothing to complain about. Will definitely stay here again

Very basic. My blind didn't work & so was permanently down. There were only 3 TV channels available. My room felt like a cell..& 2 teabags & few long life milks were all that were on offer. I wouldn't go again.

We stayed at London Court Hotel during spring break for few nights. Very good location, easily accessible from Heathrow Airport on the Piccadilly Line. City Center is also very easy to get to from the location of the hotel. Great neighborhood, very walkable with good dining options all around. Room was little small. We stayed in a room facing the street so it was little loud in the evening but it didn’t bother us. We would stay there again!

While the service and hotel is lovely. It is on a main road where it can be very noisy at times. Overall we enjoyed the stay.

Do not book single room, its literally a 2 square meter room, they put my mom in a room with stairs, she had to go downstairs or upstairs each time, no space at all and the toilet smelled like sewer.

Right by the Earls Court tube station and lots of food nearby, everything from McDonald’s to cafes and pubs. Thai massage across the street, too. Clean, cute small room and bathroom, we liked the street noise and left our window cracked.

This was advertised as a classic double bed with a nice photo. The reality was a cold room with two single beds that was smaller. The pretty photo of the front of the building I also did not see anywhere - rather the hotel is located amongst the shops and hustle & bustle of a busy city street with no parking, I found the small building narrow and crampt, when I asked staff about the double room I actually booked they changed the subject.

Wish I saw there was no elevator. It was super tough walking up and down stairs with three big suitcases. The cot was just that, a cot, and it could not have been more uncomfortable. The room for 3 (with cot) was about the size of our closet at home. Tiny! That’s enough bad stuff. The staff and housekeepers were amazing! Location was perfect! The station was a minute away, centrally situated, and allowed us to see everything without trouble. Location-wise alone, I would return but with less luggage.

Nice rooms, staff were nice. Only downside was no lift in the property and having to carry bags/being on the 3rd floor. Staff did help with large suitcase after doing one flight
