A very nice and convenient hotel. Large -- we had the room farthest from the elevators which was a bit of walk for us as seniors. The food and service at the restaurant were excellent. But on arrival, for checkin, they had my wrong address on the registration form which had been completed in advance without my knowledge.

From start to finish the experience with this hotel was unpleasant. We arrived early from Canada. We asked for early check in, willing to pay for this service. No one at the front desk was able to give us a clear answer on whether or not this was possible. Once finally in our room, there was no fridge as promised. The front desk had one brought up which as the size of a large washing machine. It took up half the space for clothing and had no shelves in it. The toilet ran continuously and we informed it had been looked at but it was never fixed. The bar staff was extreme slow and unfriendly.

My issue was our group was there early. We booked 4 rooms. Most of them were ready to be occupied but the staff wanted to charge us extra for getting in earlier so we could drop our luggage and head into London. That's just not good business. One night was not cheap at all and the breakfast buffet was just okay.
