This hotel was definitely nicer than the courtyard by Marriot. The experience was nice until someone just cane in to my room without knocking. Always double lock your doors once inside your room.

The hotel staff recommended that we use We Know London private taxi service to get to the hotel from Heathrow. We had to wait 45 minutes for a ride that cost 50 euros. Not a good service or recommendation.

I was only at the hotel 12hrs but had a good dinner and slept well. My only disappointment was that I left my water bottle on the dinner table and came back 5 mins later and no one knew where it was!! That bottle cost me 40 pounds!!!!
