Very poor

The accommodation was nothing like advertised. It was not well maintained or clean and was very noisy. We ended up having to change to alternate accommodation at the last minute. I have since requested a refund and have been ignored.

Dishonest Accomodation

My experience with this property was terrible. Firstly they scammed me into choosing their property by giving an incorrect location close to central London, while in truth the location was miles away. Secondly when I asked for a refund they ignored my calls and messages and still charged me even though I didn't stay at their property. This was one of the worse experiences with an accomodation and I would never encourage anyone to stay at this property.
