When we arrived in London, the original accommodation we booked was awful. With six people needing a place for five nights, we were in a bind. We were thrilled to discover this property had exactly what we needed—availability for our exact dates and space for our entire group.We had concerns about whether it would work for the older members of our party, but the team was incredibly responsive to every question we asked. When we reported the showers were slippery, they purchased non-slip bath mats, which was really appreciated. The upper floor featured a formal dining room and a spacious bedroom, while the lower level had three generous bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, a small kitchen, a half bath, and a full laundry room. We also appreciated being able to drop our luggage off at 10am. The only minor thing we'd mention is there was limited silverware, but honestly, it's hardly worth noting.What really stood out was the sheer spaciousness of the place and the genuinely helpful staff. The building felt secure, the Mayfair location is beautiful, and many of London's major attractions were within walking distance. This property turned a stressful situation into a wonderful visit to London.

Great communication for checkin and last minute details. We stored luggage at the front desk, as another group was checking out as we arrived. Great location, in fine shape. A/C was excellent! Downstairs kitchen has great appliances, but very low on pots, pans, cutlery, glasses, etc. The 6 of us are over 60, so had to be careful taking luggage down the steep stairs. All the bathrooms functioned well, with plenty of hot water! The washer and dryer (amazing to have in Europe!) worked very well. Odd that there is no bathroom or even water faucet somewhere on the ground floor, as the king bedroom is probably the best, just tough for old folks that get up by necessity at night, as gotta negotiate the stairs to the half-bath. Would be nice to have a laminated sheet in the main area with the passwords to the upstairs and downstairs wifi. Neighborhood was very quiet, but could hear a slight rumble of the tube, like most places in London. Couple of pubs are really close, as is a great pastry/coffee shop. The Mayfair location makes getting to the Tube (two stations are close), Hyde or St James Parks, etc. very easy. Taxis and Uber are quick to respond in the area. I would highly recommend the flat to a group visiting London! One note, there is also a 42 Hertford Road which is about 30 minutes away, so be sure you put in the right address: 42 Hertford Street!

Fantastic Property With Excellent Location

My rating for this place is really 4.5 not 4. This spacious four bedroom apartment is located in the heart of London's Mayfair. It's a lovely property with plenty of space for a large group to stretch out and enjoy themselves. The location is the best part of the property, it's so close to everything you want: multiple grocery stores, multiple pubs, restaurants, Tube stations, parks, everything is just a short walk. On street parking is also easy. Check in was great and the place always felt safe. Staff on hand was fantastic: Sabrina and Usman were awesome! Will definitely stay with these guys again. I only have two real issues with the place: there's no bathroom on the first floor. The kitchen, while very nice, is lacking in pots and pans and other items to cook for yourself. A simple run to a kitchen store could resolve that issue. For the price, it should be setup for a family to cook for themselves.

We loved it!

What a wonderful location! Great, safe neighborhood and minutes walk to all forms of transportation plus cafes and pubs close to the apartment. We were so pleased with the apartment
.washer and dryer, dishwasher and air conditioning were a plus. Ground floor king bedroom is the only room without a bathroom but the other 3 basement level bedrooms have adjoining baths plus there is a half bathroom in the hall. Kitchen was well equipped for our needs. We ate breakfast before heading out and brought home supper from local restaurants so we didn’t cook at all. There were 7 of us and we had plenty of room to spread out and relax. We’ll stay here again and recommend it to friends too!

The Best

The location is perfect! The center of everything! The apartment is very large with lots of space, storage, showers, heat and Aircon!!! Downstairs could use some updating, but don’t let that put you off. Adam, who I dealt with, was extremely helpful and always available! I will stay here again!!

Royal apartment
