⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Excellent Stay at Moxy London Heathrow Airport! I recently stayed at the Moxy London Heathrow Airport and had an excellent experience from start to finish. The hotel has a fun, modern atmosphere with stylish décor that immediately feels welcoming. My room was spotless, comfortable, and well designed, with a cozy bed, fresh linens, and thoughtful touches like convenient USB charging ports and clever storage spaces. Despite its proximity to the airport, the room was quiet and perfect for a good night’s sleep. The staff were outstanding—friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile, offering great recommendations and making the entire stay smooth and enjoyable. Cleanliness throughout the hotel was exceptional, from the lobby to the hallways and my room, all of which were immaculate and well maintained. Overall, Moxy London Heathrow Airport perfectly balances comfort, cleanliness, and modern style, supported by a genuinely welcoming team that makes you feel at home. I’ll definitely be staying here again whenever I travel through Heathrow.

We stayed for 2 weeks in October 2025. This is not really a hotel designed for longer stays. No dressers, closets or armoires for storing clothes, for example, so we lived out of packing cubes to keep from having our stuff strew around the (pretty small) rooms. Otherwise it was fine - comfortable beds, windows that opened so you could get some fresh air and cool the rooms down a bit, everything clean and in good shape. One thing we noted was that, probably because their typical customer is just passing through town in a day or two, they don't do daily housekeeping unless you ask for it. We did, and they did. There were only 2 things that kindasorta irked me, but not enough to look for a different place the next time we're in west London. No safes - which is a bit weird, buy they control access to all floors above the lobby with key cards. Also no fridges in the rooms. There wasn't much place to put a bar fridge, which is a problem as my wife travels with insulin that needs to be kept cool. We wound up using a really tiny minifridge we bought the first time we used this hotel and kept at a relative's house - cheap and effective. Didn't like the breakfast a bit. Noticeably more expensive than other hotels in the area, and frankly nowhere near the quality. We enjoyed the walk up the Bath Road to the next nearest hotel with a breakfast buffet, which ran about 20% cheaper.

My stay was ok. I wish there was a mini fridge and a closet so I didn't have to run downstairs for everything and love out of my suitcase. Apart from those things, it's a good place to stay if you're only in search of somewhere close to the airport to shower and sleep.

This is an excellent property to stay at while transitioning to Heathrow. It is really quiet, comfortable and clean, however in house food/drinks are expensive. There is a bus that pulls up near the front of the building that will take you to Heathrow for a fee (phone or card tap).

Not worth the hype, too much focus on being trendy and cool but misses on good customer service, reasonable prices and hot food. Ok for one night but there are closer hotels to the airport with a better experience.

Hotel was lovely. Staff were very friendly and room was clean and all amenities provided, only thing it could have used was a fridge as we had a baby and needed to keep milk cool. Staff were very helpful in provided a baby cot for the room. Room was also very spacious. Breakfast was fantastic, offering a wide variety of options and dining area was very nice. Parking was convenient as I wouldn’t recommend leaving a vehicle on a road in the local area but was very expensive; £15 for a day on top of hotel room fee. The area it’s in is convenient due to its close proximity to Heathrow airport but if you leave the hotel on foot make sure you have no valuables on you and have taken out life insurance. When driving in the area make sure doors are locked and windows are wound up.

Overall property was great. Easy check in. Rooms were great. Only downside was parking attendant was very inflexible with drop off time. 10 minutes is not much time to unload luggage, check in, and get luggage to rooms.

Hotel staff was kind and helpful. Great bar upon check in with a coffee bar, drinks, and snacks. The room was decently cleaned, but not the cleanest I have experienced. For one night close to the airport, the location is perfect. Can’t beat the price. Public transportation is easy to access via bus to underground. Appreciated that convenience a lot.

Excellent value for money

It was very convenient for an overnight stay before flying from terminal 3 at Heathrow. Room was clean and parking in the hotel grounds was spot on. Air conditioning was effective for a good night's sleep.
