Loved everything

We absolutely loved Mason and Fifth. Our room itself was very cute. The staff was amazing, we arrived early and they helped us store our bags. The neighborhood is very calm and beautiful too. Close to parks, close to camden market, lots of food options. Laundry facility was quite helpful for us too. Having the kitchen in our room was great too. Overall, everything was amazing.

This is a nice, well equipped guest house, not really a hotel. Great location near Regent Park in Primrose Hiĺl. Lots of restaurants, Pubs and shopping walkable. 15-20 minute walk to the Underground Station. Breakfast is included and pretty good. We had a loft room which has very steep and high stairs to the bed. Would be dangerous for unfit people.

A cute high street near by, Regent’s park for walks and you can walk trough the park to Marylebone and other places. A terrific team who is very attentive and helpful. Second stay, and counting!

My mom stayed here for a few nights and absolutely loved it! Her studio was spacious and nicely decorated. The property is so thoughtfully arranged and had everything needed. Everyone was lovely and she really loved the laundry room and breakfast. Fresh fruit in the foyer was a great treat, too!

When we arrived we were greeted by a very friendly and helpful staff member. He showed us the breakfast room and left us to have coffee while he checked our room was ready. We were delighted to find that we could check in a couple of hours early. The rooms was a fairly good size for London, had a kitchenette with a hob, fridge etc. and plenty of storage/places to sit. The one thing that let the room down was the seal around the base of the shower, which had gone black, so really needed redone. Great tea and coffee facilities in the room as well as a lovely freezing bottle of water in the fridge. The lobby and breakfast area had a big fruit bowl and water dispenser, which was a nice touch. We had breakfast in the morning, it was really nice, there was granola, sprinkles, yogurt (with a df option), fresh fruit, sourdough bread and various spreads. The main stand out was that the fruit was actually nice and fresh, with some variety, unlike most hotels where it feels like they've just opened a tin of fruit! The location was fab, it felt really safe and was a very short walk to shops and Camden market/tube station.

The property has a great location, away from the city center but close enough to get to where you want to go quickly. Staff were kind and polite. Unfortunately, the tiny tv never worked properly. You can only connect your personal app subscriptions to view anything, which is no big deal, but why not at least attach an antenna so that local tv can be viewed? It was also situated in a ridiculously small area that looked like was intended to be a dining area kitted out with a very tiny table with one chair and a stool for seating. I understand that renovating an old building to hotel accommodations is tricky, but this was just unusable space. The size of this room was reminiscent of our stay in Paris: cramped and meant just for sleep. Very small bathroom and shower.

Great neighborhood, and friendly staff. The daily breakfast was a major plus. Food was healthy and well stocked, making for a great way to start the day. The staff were very friendly, but not easy to find. It feels like a cross between a hotel and an Airbnb. The bathroom was definitely small, and air circulation poor due to no bathroom/shower vent. Opening windows was the only way to get fresh air which is fine, but bugs end up in the room and that was another thing to deal with.

Lovely flat in a beautiful neighborhood. Staying there is like having your own place in one of central London’ poshest areas. But unlike short term rentals, it has staff on site to assist you, and complimentary breakfast too!
