The stay was average. The room was clean and fine although nothing to write home about. The television could not access the internet. Our lift had a big hiccup which really scared us. Our toilet overflowed but was fixed and cleaned within an hour. We were offered 2 drinks as compensation. Overall, alright experience.

Clean room, mostly very quiet (7 out of 8 days quiet …. on the last day of my stay there was a party downstairs and partygoers would step outside every 30 minutes or so (to smoke?) and were loud), efficient front desk staff, friendly and helpful staff at cafe counter (ground) …. and, Eleana was lovely to speak with. Great location with proximity to two Underground stations. Would have liked a fridge as I was there for 8 days.
