Good sized apartment but improve communication!

Big improvement needed for check-in. Didn't hear from company until close to the time of check-in and had been trying to contact them for clarity about the process the day before. Phone number provided on page did not work and no response to message sent (day before). Added a lot more stress than needed. Apartment was a good size, high ceilings and decorated well. Musty smell when entering the apartment. Great location, handy to Underground Station, reasonable pricing. It is only a 3-star as advertised. There was no contact at the end of the booking either. Hopefully they will improve this element in the future for other bookings at this apartment.
