Le sejour c est tres bien passe. L hôtel est bien si c est pour juste y dormir sinon rien de spécial. Je tres tres déçue par contre par le service de la reception. Nous avions besoin d un taxi a 5h du matin depuis la veille matin j ai demandé a la réception de m en réserver un. J ai parlé a 3 personnes différentes et aucunes a pu réserver un taxi. Nous nous somme retrouvé a 5h du matin sans taxi sans bus sans metro pour nous amener a la gare en direction de l aeroport. Aucun membre du personnel a mis en œuvre poue trouver un simple taxi a londres une capital sans taxi n importe quoi. La fin du sejour dans cette hotel nous a laisse un gout amer. DOMMAGE

Chambre avec des cafards Salle de bains vétuste (joints arrachés, sèche cheveux cassé qui tient avec du scotch Plafond sale avec d’enormes Traces Hall d’accueil avec des sceaux partout car des inondations

Location was great, the bar in the hotel was never open, toilet & shower in the room were awful. Tv antennia cable we repaired by ourselves, plug was detached. Some of the staff were nice and helpful.

Great location, metro and shops near. Friendly service. Breakfast was very modest.

Licht und Kühlschrank defekt, gebrauchtes Präservativ in Schublade, kaputte Federn in der Matratze die in den Rücken stachen, Canabis in anderer Schublade, Inder an Reception, die nicht Arbeiten wollen, Frühstück auf Minimum reduziert, wegen den Reklamationen erstattete die Managerin 50£ zurück - ein Tropfen auf einen heissen Stein….

Dear Urs,We already dealt with this issue while you were at the hotel. We also offered you another room, but you refused to move. We also refunded 50.00 to you. We have apologised profusely. It was human error in which a room attendant forgot to check the drawers in your room when she was cleaning it. It should never have happened, but sometimes things go amiss. I am not sure why this review had to be posted when the issue was resolved privately.
