The receptionists and the people involved in running the hotel were very polite and nice people. The smell in the corridor left a bit to be desired however, that may have been other clients and not necessarily reflective of the hotel. Although basic, it wasn't too bad. If stopping for a night, it does the job, although I wouldn't say I'd be too comfortable staying for longer than that

Great place: very cool.

What attracted me to the hotel was it’s closeness to the Elizabeth Line - roughly five minutes’ walk - and the refrigerator in every room. However, I totally enjoyed my stay - stores, cafes, were close by, and the staff was exceptionally wonderful.

The staff was incredibly nice and helpful during my stay. The room was not great because the bathroom wasn’t very clean and the coffee station had a dirty spoon and empty creamer cup and coffee pack that was never thrown out or refreshed. I didn’t realize that on the other side of the do not disturb sign it said “clean my room” sign so until I discovered it my room was not cleaned for 5 days but my bed was made and trash was emptied whether I put the sign up or not. Even after the one day of cleaning the shower still didn’t look very clean and the coffee station was not refreshed. The hotel was on a busy street and was very noisy, the area around the hotel isn’t very clean or nice and isn’t close to any good restaurants. I did like that it was a 8 min walk to a tube station and 5 minute walk to a grocery store. Otherwise it was too far outside London and the bathroom was too tiny. Definitely don’t recommend anyone stay here.

Loved this room clean and tidy. Perfect for the two of us and location wise it was excellent. Disappointing you had to pay extra for parking for the night which I think was £10.

I chose this location for a concert at Wembley and it was great! Easy walk to public transportation; grocery and convenience stores walkable as well. Accommodations were perfect for a solo traveler. Biggest plus was the staff- friendly, helpful, and responsive to any needs.

It was a good hotel for the price, and the staff were really nice. There is no elevator in the property, but the staff let us stay in the first floor so it wasn't an issue. The room was well kept, had a fridge and a fan that kept the room pretty cool.

Very good value for money, considering location and price. Clean but basic rooms, newly fitted bathroom which was good, and very friendly staff. Only downside was in the morning they had an issue which meant we had no hot water. They did fix it, but only at 11am when we were checking out. Could have done with another mirror in the room.
