The hotel is in a great location about seven minutes' walk from Paddington Station, where you can catch several Underground lines, the Elizabeth line, the Heathrow Express, and national trains. Because of the Elizabeth line and Heathrow Express, it's super easy to get to the hotel from the airport and vice versa. The area around the hotel and train station has plenty of restaurants, souvenir shops, coffee shops, and convenience stores. The hotel has a helpful staff and an elevator and is clean. Breakfast includes toast (with butter, jam, Nutella), cheese, ham, cold cereal and milk, hard-boiled eggs, yogurt, pain chocolate, canned fruit cocktail, coffee, and juice. The cheese (cheddar?) is amazing. A staff member OK'd my request to stay in my room about 45 minutes past checkout time. The one caveat is that the shower was so small that every time I moved, I hit the thing that controls the temperature of the water, so I had to keep adjusting it.

A great value! Clean, comfortable, a bit noisy but overall excellent. We stayed in a family room located below ground level. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable for our two night stay. The staff were friendly and accommodating. A decent breakfast was served in the breakfast room, down the hall on the same level. The only thing is that the street noise from a group standing outside at 1am on one night and a car another night woke us up. But some noice is to be expected in London. Overall, a great stay and a great value. I'd stay again.

I wasn’t expecting 4 star. But very poor service . I asked for an iron and the lady was like ,”what now” and begrudgingly got me it . However I would not have complained other than what happen next . I was out with friends who were staying near by . I popped back to my room to collect something and went to continue the night with my friends . I said goodbye to the night staff and said I’ll be back later . I returned about 2am. The night porter was not at his station . I rang the door bell and rang the phone several times . After being stood outside for two hours , I was let in at 4am. No apologies at all . Also my room was next to the breakfast room so was very nosey and cold !!

Clean room staff were great fixed hairdryer immediately. Not a great breakfast but well laid out. Hardboiled eggs toast cereal coffee tea orange juice. I would definatly stay again

Hotel is bare bones. Just nice to have some breakfast in the morning. Same same everyday. Strong points: -reasonable price, -friendly/hardworking staff and -location almost a block next to Paddington station. Room was basic, clean and comfortable. Assigned a room further to the sides between floors so have to take stairs. Good thing about this is, I was further away from the elevator and don't hear it. Sound insulation is wanting as can hear neighbors talking. Overall a good stay.

Enjoyable family stay in London

Family have a pleasant stay at the hotel and they enjoyed it. Room is well clean and heated. Definitely be back in future when we go visit london again
