Dont Risk It. Property is in Great Disrepair!!!

FILTHY and has multiple SAFETY repair needs!!! IT UNSAFE FOR YOUR FAMILY DO NOT STAY HERE!!! Our time spent together as a family visiting and discovering London was great, This property partially ruined the vacation and made some PHISICALLY ILL!!! Pros: The view from the property is Amazing. The location of Canning Town is great to move about the city. CONS: This Penthouse is filthy, filthy, filthy. There are layers of dust everywhere. The carpets are dirty with mysterious stains all over it. It had not been shampooed in a very long time meaning months. We could also tell that the property was not vacuumed before our arrival as we could see dust bunnys all over the floor and there was a layer of around the entire edge of carpet plus behind everything!!! My son and Myself could barely breath and had to go outside to get fresh air because our allergies. Next issue is that the bathroom door literally locked 2 of our family members inside the bathroom. They both needed to to be rescued out, and could have been locked in for hours if no one was there. ANOTHER issue was that the balcony sliding doors literally slide off the hinge!!! They are difficult to use and extremly dangerous. We could not shut them or open them without trouble. I raised my concerns with the Host. He provided me his sincerest apologies and stated that it has been a very busy season and he just hasnt been able to do better. I raised my concerns with VRBO, customer service has been non existant!!!
