Used Clubcard vouchers to book a room for a night so we could see the Christmas lights and it was perfect! Stayed on the 8th floor in a suite and had so much room and great views of the Shard and its light show! Staff on arrival were so attentive - offering a mulled wine and colouring pack for the children - and the room itself was very clean. Hotel is great for a wander around Westminster (we did the Eye and then walked to Parliament Square - Downing Street - Trafalgar Square) and also easy walking distance of the tube / Waterloo. Only point of negative was around an allergy menu at breakfast (daughter has a nut allergy) - took a while to get the allergy menu - could have easily been available as we were greeted, but it was all sorted in the end. The kids absolutely loved it and felt very special staying here! Set Christmas up brilliantly - thank you so much!

Im not a typical guest. I’m more concerned with the gym. Gym was amazing. Great WiFi connection throughout hotel. My only complaint was the bed frame was bolted down to frame, so couldn’t slide it to the side to stretch in the room 😂 great location. Would book again

Bad. Really bad. The check-in receptionist was VERY rude demanding ID. i explained that we dont have ID in the UK and she said you cant stay here without ID. i showed her my reservation which seemed to pacify her anger. My room desk was sticky and i asked for it to be cleaned on occupation. No cleaner arrived. I complained again in the morning with reception. Nothing happened I rang housekeeping and at 10am,17 hours late, a cleaner arrived. The breakfast staff were abusive as i , mistakenly, picked an item of food without using the tongs, i felt like a dog being kicked. Awful hotel, dont stay here !!
