The hotel was good for the price. They only do housekeeping every three nights and they charge you to look after your bags after checkout (£3 per bag)

No cooked breakfast. When I asked for a refund as I didn’t want breakfast they refused.
Dinning area very small anyway. No tea making facilities in room. Very very noisy all night with plumbing and the lift by my room. Staff on the counter and management via email didn’t not offer to re room me or apologise or explain why they wouldn’t refund my breakfast that I didn’t eat. I had booked through Expedia who also refused to refund my breakfast. It is however, 5 min walk from Liverpool station.
I won’t be using either again and shame on the hotel and Expedia for the lack of customer
Service which in my opinion was well below par

The noise from delivery guys and emptying of bins earpy in the morning.

Great, stay but room was rather cramped, so difficult to move and change into the dress suit for the evening. Otherwise, modern, well equipped and great location
The room is a lot smaller than i thought, tighly packed in with other rooms only a thin wall away, and its very noisy in the location we stayed - the bins being collected at 5am was good fun (I know this cant be helped by the hotel).
The room was very clean, and very modern, however, which was a great touch. It would have been great if there was tea making facilities though.
