Bed was not clean. Had black stuff on the bed and wife’s skin got extremely itchy. We checked out in 20 minutes within getting there. The receptionist was amazing on the other hand and assisted us to the max.

Room was cosy and spotless, bed very comfortable and the shower was lovely. Staff were courteous too. The hotel is in an amazing location - very close to Waterloo station, Westminster bridge, Sainsburys, Costa, etc. Would stay again.

The room was clean and the location was great. The downside is the room and the bathroom are tiny. It was hard to have 2 people in it. I’m also a generally small person and still struggled to move around in the room and bathroom without hitting a wall.
