The staff were very friendly and helpful.
We had accidentally booked an accessible room and asked for a different one so that someone who needed it more could use it. We were then given a new room, which we appreciated.
Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the new room was not satisfactory at all. Without my own disinfectant, I would have lost my mind: there were fecal stains on the toilet seat, the toilet rim, and the bathtub. The toilet seat was also loose and slipped every time someone sat down. The toilet paper was extremely thin and of very poor quality.
In the shower, the faucet could be turned too far, so only a small amount of water came out of the showerhead. A toilet brush was also missing. The hotel was supposedly relatively new, but based on the dirty walls and carpet, I would not agree. Even on the third day, the hallway was still full of crumbs, and the elevators were dirty inside, with sticky floors.
