The staff was helpful. The hotel is pleasantly located right near the Paddington Basin, away from the hustle and bustle of Paddington Station but near to most London landmarks. All required amenities were provided, and the full English breakfast was lip smacking!

We enjoyed our stay at the premiere inn. We didn’t plan to stay here but wound up here after a bad experience with anther place. The room room was nice and the people were helpful.

Good location and price was unbeatable!

Location was nice and quiet but close to Paddington. Overall VERY clean and comfortable -- seemed fairly new. Early check in was unfortunately unavailable, so we had to drop our bags, but that was easy. Staff was friendly and helpful.

At arrival the room was clean and tidy. But during our three days stay the bed was not made, the minibar was not refilled, no clean towels and the litter bins were not emptied. We were a few minutes early for breakfast because of a trip and the staff was very rude. This staff need to learn how to run a hotel.

受付の男性がちょっと感じ悪かったです（たまたまそういう人に当たった感）。施設自体は、清潔で部屋の空調も効いていて、ベッドも良く快適でした。シャワーは弱めでしたがちゃんとお湯が出ました。シャワーのところにある2本のボトルが、何度読み直しても両方ボディーソープに見えたので、私は自前のシャンプーとコンディショナーを使いました。
