Room was a very small room and it could have been better for the price paid. Also i was not given early check inn and late check out is on charge. Room temperature control was not working. I had terrible experience in invoice collection as I could not collect while check out because of rushing to my flight. I booked through expedia and paid at property. Premier inn was nit issuing invoice and kept on saying expedia will issue. In any case it is poor coordination. The experience comparison basis is again uae customer service. We are used to best customer service. Uk waterloo fell way beyond expectations.
