The hotel was lovely and in a great location. We had cocktails in the bar but asked for a white Russian which wasn't on the menu. The bar person obviously hasn't made it before but instead of saying, he gave me what was basically a huge glass of cream. I couldn't drink it & should have complained but just signed the bill like an idiot.

Comfortable bed, lovely bath. Room had armchair, desk and desk chair. Excellent location. I’m surprised that the Freeview channels were limited, and that you consider that no one will want to listen to BBC R3. It took both my hands and all my strength to get through the front door. You need a power assist.

Staff is very courteous and helpful in everything, great location if someone wants to be in Picadilly, Covent Garden etc, rooms are great. Could have more indirect lamps in the room especially the ones which are bigger size but clean and good accomodation
