It was a fantastic hotel minus the 7 pound charge to bring room service to my room! That's double in AU! I didnt get a chance to relax after my swim & had to wait around my room in wet clothes/hair to go down & collect my pizza.

Staff were either unhelpful or MIA. No snacks to buy other than meals in the two over priced restaurants. The pool was really badly lit, as a solo female swimmer it didn’t feel safe and really bad signage to even get to it in the first place. Definitely won’t stay again. Oh, and no one answers the phone on reception and it took 20 mins to check in as the online version wasn’t working once I got there.

Booked double room and got a twin room. Dreadful service at the bar (Morrison was the one that gave me my drinks- service was that bad I asked for the service charge to be removed and with that came attitude). Lights flicking above curtains. Bedside lamp damaged next to bed.

I love the entire atmosphere of the Radisson RED, it is clean and well presented, the wait at reception was not too long, they also have a hoppa ( shuttle bus) from the airport if you are not driving.

I bought a small bowl of soup and a large wine - no special wine. It was £24 !!! That is absurdly expensive. I heard others voice similar thoughts. If I stay again I’ll NEVER buy food/drink.
