Decent breakfast. Sparse and no space for anything in the room- closet fit a carryon sideways. Limited staff availability or willingness to help. Did have a fridge which was helpful. Location was too far to walk most places, would have been bettwr off paying more for a more central location.

The Reception Guy was very polite and helpfull, room was clean and shower room too.Room was a bit dated but ideal for one night.Extras in the room, which were the shower gels and disposable toothbrush kits which thought was a nice touch also tea, coffee & biscuits were nice too.Also has a fridge and microwave which was helpful.

The staff were absolutely lovely! Breakfast was great, but they are understaffed and the breakfast room is very tiny and crowded for the amount of guests staying. Our room was small, dated, hot, and very noisy from other guests. You can hear everything... There is no lift and very difficult to navigate with luggage. The bed linen was lovely and the cleaning of a good standard. Sadly despite the lovely staff and cooked breakfast, we will not be returning.

Convieniently situated and within walking distance to both Euston and Tottenham Court Road Tube stations and the shopping/eating areas. Hotel room was spacious and comfortable.

Receptionist was very helpful and accommodating. Dining room staff were all very friendly helpful and efficient. However the property is very run down and in need of a total refurb. Wall and light fittings loose. Noisy plumbing. Creaking floor boards and noise from the road and rooms above and adjacent made it difficult to sleep.

Location good ! Offer free and good breakfast! But no elevator in the building. We have to carry our suitcase on the 6th floor. No staff give a help. Staff are often absent from the from desk. The room is extremely small, not like the pic showed. Can’t open suitcase fully.

Avoid at all costs, a total disappointment

The afternoon prior to my stay I was called to state that the room I had booked was not available due to unforeseen circumstances but could have a room in the sister hotel (Morgan hotel)down the road which was of the same standard. This was a very poor standard. For a room that was already paid for I was challenged that I had not paid yet in a not so friendly manner. On eventually getting to our room it was tiny, smelled damp, had wallpaper falling off the walls, stains on the carpet and the hotel in general didn't look like it had been refurbished since the 70s. The bed was very soft like it had needed replaced for a long time. The bathroom floor was really wet when we arrived and would not dry in the cold environment. There was a lack of sound proofing here as we could clearly hear in the middle of the night what was going on in the rooms around us. We had breakfast which was also very disappointing.Toast was served which wasn't much more than warm bread with no colour to it and all of the fruit was bruised and past it's best. If these two hotels are of the same standard I will never stay in either again and cannot recommend any one else does.
