Last time we complained, and this time Harun gave us a room that was absolutely ridiculous. The room was very dirty, and even the blanket was not clean, which is completely unacceptable.
Instead of handling the situation professionally, Harunâs attitude was rude and argumentative, with no apology or effort to help. Giving such a room to customers after they complain feels disrespectful.
I would like to mention that Fahim and Syed have always provided good service and treated us politely and professionally. Unfortunately, this experience with Harun ruined our stay.
