We loved our stay SO much. It was the perfect location and the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. I do wish there had been a few more breakfast options, that was my only complaint! Would definitely stay here again.
Very nice little spot. Quiet. But super close to all your needs. Made my first visit in London very smooth. Front desk is accommodating. No A/C in rooms but a fan is provided and the window opens. It never got brutally hot even in August. Highly recommend!
If you'd like to stay in a hot, uneven shoebox this is for you. The Staff we dealt with were mostly exceptional. Needs a compendium to show where things are eg. The essentials were on level 1. Power sockets don't meet modern requirements. Requires A/C, sheles & rails in bathroom. Not handicapped friendly.

Disliked: Staff & service, room comfort
Not really a hotel just a basement room, adequate breakfast but needed eggs and ham.

Good breakfast close to train and buses and food friendly staff clean and tidy
Small but cute & tidy room. Mini fridge would be handy. Limited breakfast choice, need a protein option such as boiled eggs or cottage cheese. Towel situation not explained properly.

I was turned away; had paid four nights in advance
Having paid for four nights up front it was very distressing to be turned away from the hotel, as it was getting dark, for not possessing a bank card (in the event of damage - despite offering a deposit ).
I had to pay for another hotel - another four nights in advance.
Three weeks later I am still awaiting a refund from Hotels.com
Their chat people appeared to be very helpful but after three chats I am still awaiting my refund.
Our room was located basement. If I knew subject room is in basement, I would never book it. Deceptive description! Room was so small and dark. It feels like a cheap motel.
I have stayed at this property three times. It is very convenient to the Albert Hall and Kensington Gardens. It’s very quiet and reasonably priced breakfast is included. Continental type I would recommend it. There is also a lift
Beautiful hotel wonderfully located! Easy walk to museums, night life, restaurants. Longer walk to the tube, but manageable. AMAZING breakfast buffet! Staff is very helpful when they are onsite. Night number for assistance went unanswered. They are kind in letting people store their luggage, we used that and the staff was amazing! They let me check in a few hours early. Very kind.
Simple, good quality hotel. Easy check in, comfy beds, very happy with the spacious basement room whivh was just like the pictures. We enjoyed the continental breakfast whivh was all good quality produce
A small cheap hotel located close to what we needed but you get what you pay for. A tiny room, a lift that does not inspire confidence and little support from the few staff that are around.
I am from the US so I based my decision to stay here on the pictures and description of the hotel and room, which are described exactly as is in person. My room was so cute and cozy! It was warm with a nice heater and an option to crack open my window, put the ceiling fan on and enjoy the nice chill of London weather! The staff were super friendly and offered help learning the Underground travel system. I strongly recommend a stay at Sonder!
Very pleasant stay, a great location, handy for tube stations and many great places to eat and drink.
Walkable if you enjoy romping about London! Right on the door step and the park which is also pretty!
Rom had adequate space and facilities for a short stay,
