Didn’t realise this was 2* when I booked. But it was ok - reception area is nice and the staff were friendly. Would be one night max for me - can feel the underground trains pulling off/coming in from the room. The corridors are dark and the room was hot, but the street noisy. Clean and good location for Paddington station.

I stayed here with my teenage daughter in July. We loved the rooms! They were small, most definitely, but we weren't looking for spacious rooms, just affordable, safe, clean, and cute. Our stay here checked each of those boxes. The staff were super friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is great value, is in an excellent location, and is very clean. But if you do get a shared bathroom, they aren’t kidding when they say you will have to climb a lot of stairs! They don’t have bathrooms on every floor, so you will definitely be doing some climbing. But overall, a solid choice in a wonderful location.

Very close to Paddington station. Perfect location for our Heathrow overnight layover. Clean, compact, no frills room. You get your key from reception on the way in and leave it with reception on the way out. Many middle eastern dining options in the area.

Convenient location but basement room was near subway tunnels and noisy till midnight and again at 6 AM. Only 2 outlets, inconvenient. No towel rack, little furniture. No AC, room was warm. One one small fan with short cord and neither outlet allowed convenient placement. At checkout the hall was being painged. They requested a scan of our passports, though UK government does not recommend it.
