Room was very small as was en-suite. Quite noisy as close to the lift & ice machine. Beds were really comfortable. Only one power point in room which was challenging. Got a knock on the door at 9am to ask what time we were leaving. Checkout was supposed to be 11am…
Room very noisy next to the lifts!! There seemed to be water running all night long from nearby. Breakfast was carnage and not enough seats/ cups / plates. Guests should be seated by staff as and when a table is available. Staff were always pleasant and a great location in the city

Good location, clean room, staffs are friendly. However, the USB wall plugs are not working.
Only spent one night here, stayed before but in a group booking. Hotel is adequate for a one night stay, however I was not impressed with the reception staff. No pleasantries at all. It felt more like entering border control at the airport rather than a paying guest at a hotel.
Room was ok. Shower was quite nice. Paperthin walls. A single room was very small. Hair on the floor auggests the room is rarely hovered. 1 pillow is a bit harsh.

The hotel is under renovation and so they have just three working elevators. The lines are very long to use an elevator making guests very angry. The management should limit the number of guests until all renovations are completed,
Had a problem with the initial room. Front of house manager resolved the issue with a room upgrade. Excellent customer service.

Staff courteous and helpful. Room needed to be changed as it had not been fully serviced after previous guest. All good. Bathroom was very small in the twin room we had. This was one of the refurbished rooms too. No-where to leave toiletry bags in the bathroom. Not enough shelf space. Think this needs re-assessing.
