I was disappointed with the hotel. Broken sink, water took ten minutes to get warm and the hairdryer was attached to the wall 1980s style. I guess it has been beaten up by football fans!!!

Great location and lovely friendly staff but hotel room is very dated and could do with a refurb especially the bathroom. Very noisy in the morning as our room was at the rear of the hotel.

Stayed over as I was attending the WSL Opening Match between Chelsea and Manchester City. Obviously ideally located for Stamford Bridge! 30 seconds walk! Room very clean and comfortable. Very enjoyable stay.

I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. I think they need to update there showers. anytime i took a shower the water would spill from the shower all over the bathroom floor. other than the showers it was a good experience. This staff was helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel.

On arrival, there was no smile or hello.asked name them ramble on without me hesrinv anything she said. Give us a room with a double bed for 2 adults and a 12 year old in a tiny room. Went back to say then the other receptionist asked "how many bed do u want" in a sarcastic way. Whike in toom, switched light on which started smokung. We took it off but was afraid to go back as they were really not friendly. Couldn’t ask for tea or coffee or clean up or anything because was so afraid

Didn’t like the old soiled crumpled up lamp shade on bedside table. Didn’t like the no microwave or fridge in room. Towels are old off colored & a but ratty. Telephone in room did not work for our 9 days there. Had to dress, elevator ourselves down to Reception if we had a question. Staff tried but no urgency or pride in product delivery. Pity, great location.

We have stayed here several times and really like the hotel. This time the room was good but the bathroom looks a bit tired the sink had a crack in it. Just looks like it needs an overhaul.
