Easy to find from the underground station Receptionist very helpful and friendly Had a small basic single ensuite room, did the job for a night Coffee/tea/kettle/hair drier provided Unfortunately this room faced the main road and the traffic was relentless and extremely noisy so barely slept. Even in winter, the windows need to be open Also the unmovable shower head was way too high for me so not the best shower I've had Would be interesting to try a room away from the main road!

Friendly staff upon arrival, but there were issues with the room, small flys, headboard that kept hitting the wall, even from just lying down and then the shower alternated between cold and boiling water, which was extremely dangerous. Sadly there was no one on reception to report this when I left the hotel this morning.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the room was so small that it was uncomfortable. I couldn’t open my suitcase in the floor as there was no space. Shower was confusing to get started and it took almost 10 minutes to get any hot water once I did. Hair dryer in room was not working. Room was clean.

Clean rooms, but pretty old building. It was cold in the room and there was a smell coming from the carpet. There are no lifts and I had heavy luggage, which I had to take up myself.

We were welcomed by a friendly staff. The room was basic, but clean. The beds were small but comfortable. The bathroom was clean and the towels were changed if needed. There was no breakfast as they don't serve breakfast since Covid.
