The room was very basic but it was clean. The showers and toilets were shared and not en suite, but I knew that when I booked it! The staff, especially the receptionist were excellent. Very friendly and welcoming.
Not the room for a family, more for young single people, but the staff were excellent and the use of there next door hotel made the experience easier, the staff and the guests from that hotel made our stay a great one and England won , shame there wasnât room for us in there other hotel, would definitely stay there, if we needed to
Accommodation was unsatisfactory and rather unsavoury. Could not stay --left immediately after saw the room and asked for a refund. They refused the refund.
For over 100 a night you get a small single bed and a sink- oh and a very very small and noisy fan. Toilets and showers are shared. Itâs really more of a hostel vibe.
This property was falsely advertised. This is a communal halfway house. I wouldnât go so far as to call it even a bed & breakfast. We paid for the rooms but we ended up leaving because it was unsafe and uninhabitable for a family with young children.
Was very disappointed i had paid for bed and breakfast to be told no breakfast included. The bunk bed was too dangerous for my son to sleep on, The sockets were hanging out the wall, the room door handle was falling off which made me wonder how safe we were and the cabinet that the sink was atrached to was falling apart. No tv in room either. The only good thing we had was the double bed was comfortable and good location for the metro.
