Good sized room for London. Aircon was on when we arrived which was a blessing cos it was boiling hot outside. Tidy room, nice shower. All good 🙂

Room was ok, bathroom very spacious but the room as a whole needs a good redecoration as it has clearly been touched up but that stood out. Check in was swift but we did have a minor issue with the electronic keys but working but that was soon resolved.

Decent hotel, clean and did the job. Rooms need updated and look a bit tired. Also quite noisey with the doors banging during the night. But aircon worked was good. Tv options were good Service was ok. One girl was fantastic but other 2 were a bit lack lustre. Good location.

Location good. Close to London Bridge and Burroughs Market. There is a Sainbury market across the plaza. I was charged twice for a uk adapter and they refuse to correct the error or provide the correct receipt.

The air conditioner was not working in our room for the duration of our stay. When reported, the front reception said they would have it looked at. No one ever came and the front desk did not communicate. When speaking with other guests, they commented that the air in their rooms was so cold that they had to turn it down. Our room was stagnant and sticky the entire stay. It was reported 4 times. On the last day I was told that maintenance was off the past two days, basically meaning that they were not truthful when they said they would get them to look at it.
