I did not use the laundry service or air conditioning. Room itself was very clean. Staff was very pleasant and helpful. I especially liked the lounge that was available 24/7 for free coffee and tea.

The stay was disappointing. I had planned a lovely trip to central London with my partner, but from the very beginning everything felt wrong. Check-in lacked any personal touch — it was generic and completely automated. The room itself was of a very low standard, especially considering the price for one night. The bed was unstable, and after reporting it we ended up changing rooms three times. This wasted a lot of time and caused unnecessary stress, which ultimately affected the mood for both of us during what was meant to be an enjoyable stay. Even the final room had an unstable bed, leaving me anxious that it might break. Overall, it was a very poor experience — I’ve had better standards at a Travelodge.

Staff are excellent and made our Anniversary very special. Rooms are lovely, if anything personally the beds are very soft we would prefer a firmer mattress. Location is perfect for the very centre of London. With bars and restaurants close by providing multiple choices. Would definitely recommend location is key.
