My daughters and I spent our final 2 nights in London at The Pelham. It was the perfect cap to the trip. The location was excellent, the kindest staff, the beds were very comfy, and the small touches like the beautiful floral mugs and the pink slippers. The restaurant was delicious as well, we enjoyed an Italian supper, and filling breakfasts. We can’t wait to visit again.

My wife and I stayed at this hotel for seven nights. We loved the location right across the street from the tube and a bus stop. The surrounding South Kensington neighborhood was very nice and felt high-end. The staff was kind and professional. Our room was well appointed. The mattress, bedding and towels were luxurious. We will definitely be coming back when we visit London next time. I highly recommend this property.

We were attending a concert at the Royal Albert Hall and visiting the V&A. This hotel was the perfect location. We had an exec room (205) and it was excellent. Nice view of the pedestrian area outside the station, floor 2 high enough away from any street noise, although there wasnt any. Staff were really helpful and polite. All the areas we entered were up to date decor - English townhouse style. Breakfast was excellent - plenty of it, well cooked eggs, fresh fruit salad, the servers were charming and efficient. Bed - many hotels have gone to rock hard beds - particularly on the continent. The bed here was just right for us - a medium firm mattress with a cloudy mattress topper. I'd stay again.
