Concierge Gabriel was exceptional. All staff were excellent and the hotel is lovely.
South Kensington station is across the street.

I was very satisfied with my stay - the service was excellent, the room was clean, the breakfast was exceptional (possibly the best I’ve had in a European hotel), and the location is unbeatable. While the room was small, it was acceptable for a hotel in a European capital and well outweighed by the overall experience.

This is a very attractive small hotel in the busy area of Kensington. We had many buses to chose from that run past Harrod's or to museums or other things we wanted to visit. This is a big plus to us as we use buses to not only save a fortune, but to see cities as we get around. The concierge was very helpful, and helped us figure out that in the end it was going to be worth it to take a cab to the airport, for example, and called those cabs for us. Downstairs there is a really nice small restaurant with very good Italian food and good service. Breakfast was also served there and had a good selection and good service. The feel of the hotel is slightly old style, comfortable furniture and lovely decoration. I especially like the older style, as many notels in Europe have moved to a kind of black and grey and chrome look. This hotel made us feel as if we were in traditional historic London, and had the look and feel of a charming place to stay with tradition but of course modern amenities. Can't recommend it enough.

It’a a pretty hotel and we were upgraded to a bigger room which was very, very nice. The concierge and front desk staff went out of their way to be nice. The only thing I wish they’d mentioned in there is a well-stocked, attractive, self serve bar off the lobby - pour yourself a drink, write it down, and they charge your room. The neighborhood by the hotel is excellent - we hope to stay there again.

The accommodations were very nice. I stayed in “cozy” room 108. There was room cleaning everyday and fresh towels. The staff was outstanding! Always going the extra mile to assist. The on site restaurant was good. The location was perfect: a short walk to the South Kensington tube station, many museums and if the weathers cooperates to Harrod’s as well. The only negative was the WiFi which kept dropping I would definitely stay here again!
