This is a great hotel, located in a great area with convenient transit connections to explore the rest of London. It also boasts a very decent restaurant, a separate facility from the breakfast area. The only reason i am not giving it a 5 star is because the room was so small. It was just big enough to meet our needs, but only just. Regardless I would go back to this hotel again.

Clean hotel everywhere, in our room and all public areas. Friendly staff. Competitive prices giving value for money. Have stayed before and the breakfast was very good, but did not have breakfast on this occasion due to our itinerary. Comfortable beds with good pillows. Secure bag storage so we could enjoy our last day bag free. Room key to operate the lifts is a great security measure. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

I love this hotel — it’s simple, clean, and the staff are lovely and helpful. And this time I was given a letter that said “Guest of the Day”! And accompanying sweet perks. I wasn’t able to use the generous late checkout because I had to go to a meeting very early, but hope to be able to use it one day in the future! I’ll certainly be back. Thank you.

A well run, spotlessly clean, modern hotel. Excellent breakfast, staff in charge very efficient during rush hour. Dinner in the atrium lounge also very good. Nice ambience. All staff great. Will stay again. Only 2 minutes walk from Russell Square tube station.

The room smelt like a corporate conference centre with mens BO and the drains stunk Staff great Didn't eat there Location great was great for being next to the Kimpton for an event. Would stay again.

Staff were lovely and helpful, asking us exactly what type of room we wanted etc and couldn’t be more helpful! Room was basic enough but clean, comfortable and perfect for our weekend trip. Bathroom looked like it had been recently renovated, looked fantastic and shower was wonderful. Really nice touch of having a case around the window to block out outside noise! Location is absolutely perfect and we would stay again with no hesitation.
