First time London visit - great location!

Our stay at the Royal Horseguards was lovely! The hotel is well managed and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. We did have to wait a small while because our room was not available but an alternative room (perhaps slightly nicer) was offered. The location was great - walking distance to many key attractions. The neighborhood was nice. We would definitely stay again!

A wonderful hotel. Room was spotless with a refrigerator that is automatically stocked everyday with water and soda. The underground is one block away and easy access to multiple locations in London. The staff were great and helpful with any questions. I will be staying here again.

The positive were 1. Bathroom-water pressure and hot water were outstanding! 2. Bed was very comfortable. 3. Drapes do blackout. The negative 1. The worst internet/WiFi ever. I have excellent WiFi service with my mobile phone. But even with connecting to the hotel i had zero bars and no phone service from room. Had to go to Lobby to call home. 2. The roll-a-way we needed for 3rd person works perfect for a 4'10, 12 year old but not an adult. 3. Check in was not very friendly.

AMAZING hotel and location

We had a lovely stay at the Royal Horseguards. The service was excellent, the facilities clean and spacious. The best part was the location! Just a quick walk to major sites and tube stop, yet so quiet. It felt like a world away! We will definitely be staying here again on future London trips.

Great stay!

Absolutely the best location. Lots of local history, beautiful buildings, close to everything! The room was great, really really quiet and well appointed. Bedding was very comfortable. Make sure to have breakfast on the patio which faces a park and the river. Really deserves to be a 9.5 or better!

We loved the location. Close to all the main attractions. We walked to everything. So many choices of places to eat and drink. Our hotel was very clean and well kept and so peaceful. The staff were very polite and accommodating. The beds and bedding were amazing. We would definitely stay here again!

When we arrived by taxi the door porter opened the taxi door and helped my girlfriend out of the taxi and helped with our luggage. The staff made us feel special from the very start of our stay. Dining at the hotel was excellent and the room was beautiful. Overall we had a wonderful stay. When I come to London I always stay at this hotel and for sure when we return to London we will stay at the Royal horseguards again. The two members of staff who were very excellent and lovely to us were the greek gentleman "stamintamos" and "Perves". Thank you for making our holiday special and wonderful . Kind regards .
