Our stay was fine, staff was always helpful . It is a simple hotel and I wish they had tissues instead of using the toilet paper, there was no ice machine or frig so if you plan on keeping food there take a cooler you will need to ask for ice

Overall a good stay

Reception staff very friendly and overall the staff were very helpful. The room was nicely decorated,clean and a good size and the bathroom updated. The bed and pillows were comfortable. Only two problems really. No air-conditioning which meant our room was way to warm and when you opened the window it was extremely noisy but you are in central London.The second was the shower which did not stay straight when it was in the holder so you could not stand under it but had to take the shower hose/ head down and hold it.

I really rated my stay at the royal national, we stayed in a refurbished room and found it to be clean, spacious for the area and equipped for everything we needed for our two night stay. The staff were all friendly and happy to help. Location was also great.

The thing that I liked about the property was the location which gave us opportunity to walk around safe and sound. Shopping stores were close by and subway stations were easily accessible.

Property is only 10 mins walk from Euston Station, check in very fast. We had a twin room which was clean and very comfortable beds, we were on the front of the building so was very noisy from traffic, London never seems to sleep. One thing i did not like was no air conditioning or fan in the room, was very hot and could not leave the window open all night as too noisy! Breakfast good
