The flat smells like burning rubber we kept the upstairs windows open all day and night because it smelt toxic.
There were double sheets on a queen size bed / sheets don’t fit - you end up sleeping on the mattress.
Stained bath mat
Managing agents did not provide us with the correct internet password in check in which was a very frustrating and time consuming way to begin our stay. Spent close to two hours communicating w their landline number and on email while I had no internet. It made for a very negative first impression.
No one ever called me I had to do the calling being out on hold on US number and speaking to 3 different people.
The wrong key code was also communicated to us via email. Only one key available - for a 2 bedroom flat.
There is a piano positioned at the bottom of the stairs which makes it very hard to access the stairs with a suitcase. Bedrooms/ bathrooms are upstairs.
