Reasonable, very clean base for west end stay

Spotless single room but didn't like that the bathroom had no door. Really comfortable bed. In room drinks a bit sparse with only 2 English tea bags and 2 milk cartons. Had to keep asking for more. Staff very helpful

The room was very comfortable. I chose a larger room and it was just the right size. I was able to check in early which was very convenient. The location was fabulous and central to everything in London. The property itself was clean and the rooms large and comfortable. Lovely toiletries from Rituals. The staff were very kind and helpful. I ate at their restaurant Haxlles the first evening arriving. I was a bit dissapointed with my particular dish, but the servers attentive amd nice.

The Staff was very helpful and worked with me on my additional needs. I enjoyed the breakfast buffet one of the 3 nights that I stayed at the Strand Palace - great variety. The Location was by far the best part of the hotel.
