I had a very pleasant stay here. The location is absolutely unbeatable—perfect for exploring and getting around. The property is well-maintained and the service was great. Regarding the rooms: while they are definitely a bit 'tired' and could use a modern refresh, they were spotlessly clean and fully functional. If you’re looking for a reliable, clean place to stay in a prime spot, this is a solid choice. I’d definitely stay here again for the convenience and value.

Initial room was worn out and dirty. The hotel needs to spend some money updating. The bed had a massive tear in the box spring, shower didn’t work properly and carpet was old and stained. Asked to change rooms after the shower sprayed water everywhere and soaked the bathroom.

We arrived as a family of 3 (family room booked) the room wasn't ready They did kindly get a drink for us while we waited though However, little did we know, the room wasn't actually ready.. the 2nd bed wasn't made. No additional towels or cups either. Not what we wanted to discover after a busy day in London. Although again, when reported, they did come to the room with bedding . The rooms are dated but the views are brilliant and the staff were very accomodating. additional cups or

Staff were all extremely helpful, polite and friendly, room was perfect for what we needed. Very comfy beds, clean and tidy albeit rough round the edges. I feel the walls/tiles could really do with painting and repairing. The breakfast was incredible. Full English buffet with everything you can think of. Good to have choice of milks too. Problem with an error on the hot drinks machine so had to use the other room’s machine but wasn’t a problem. Would definitely stay here again. 20 minute walk to London Bridge station across tower bridge itself.
