Can't beat the location. Close to the tower of London, Tower bridge..great for pictures, close to the train station, Tesco express close by for quickness..water etc. Costa for coffees etc. The person who checked us in was wonderful. The person keeping our bags after check out was wonderful. Thats the good.parts.. room service is strange. Got our bed made up, new towels, didn't emptyed the garbage bins, replenish tea etc. have to order ice from room service that literally took more than 1,5 hour EVERYTIME we order! The towels warmers didn't work....spoke to young lady at front desk who said it would when we put towels on it..didn't and spoke another who said none in the hotel.works..so in addution to not having towel warners mix messgaes is annoying, our toilet didn't work one night after we returned to the hotel...we called for maintenance twice in 3hrs...someone didn't come until 3:30 mins in after a trip.down to the front desk. Oh..and a secons person came the FOLLOWING morning to responded to the call! So my over all take...if you are looking for a good view ..then book here...if looking for good service,.go with what works best for your budget. I will probably only consider staying here if cost effective

This hotel is old and the cleaning standards are below hotel standards. Mold in shower was my biggest issue. Service at the restaurant gave the vibe they didn’t want to be there. Hard to get a drink or even order even during the slow time. You are paying for the view, not what little the hotel offers. I would not stay again.
