What a treat! The experience continued to impress within an atmosphere of generosity & yes how can I help attitude being the absolute norm. The unexpected extra treats wine & cheese the quality of the F& B experience simple but good quality ! Barista coffees & the reception desk doubled as the hospitality center! Thank you 10/10 team Z!

Pros.. location is very convenient for buses. Tube. Staff is very kind Cons: Room is pathetically small and even though we had a "queen size room" the ved was tucked into 3 corners leaving one person to crawl over the other. No closet.. no phone in room (one phone in hallway) 4 clothes hooks over door. We blew a breaker charging phone. This hotel room is only suitable for a single traveller with a backpack, not for a couple with 2 suitcases. Breakfast is very pricy for a cold breakfast. Again, if you need a place for a night, it will do

Price based on location was outstanding. Room was comfortable for a short stay. Lots of restaurants and public transportation in the area. Near Victoria Station and most of the sight-seeing landmarks.

I was fully pleased and satisfied with the room and quality of the service provided by their great housekeeping staff!
