The room was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. The showers require some maneuvering to prevent water from going all over the floor. I would stay here again.

Thistle Trafalgar... Not the best

Paid extra for a "deluxe" room for a little bit of luxury. When we arrived we were given an accessible room, which, although was fine was anything but luxurious. When a shower was attempted in the wet room there was no hot water and the water was just dribbling out of the shower head. Complained to the staff who didn't really say a lot. Eventually managed to get transferred to another hotel across London. Staff arranged taxi which took over an hour to arrive despite continually telling us it was 5 mins away. We ended up checking into the Thistle at Marble Arch at around midnight which was 10x nicer than the Trafalgar Square one. Not exactly the most relaxing of experiences for a night away.

Thistle Trafalgar Hotei is right around the corner from Trafalgar Square and steps from the National Gallery as well as many theaters. We went to 5 plays during our stay and walked to each one of them! Very convenient.

We were put in a room with a broken ac. We had flown all night and it took them 2 hours to put us in a room. They kept sending different maintenance people up. It was clear that it did not work. Finally they gave us a nice room but I had to be stern about it. The hotel was lovely the front desk were to. The house service was not good.we
