Hotel is less than 2 years old with very virgin red design - hip and trendy with well appointed rooms with steam shower and fun bar and rooftop restaurant. A hotel that was the destination in itself but lots of trendy restaurants nearby

The room and amenities were excellent - we loved the heated rooftop pool (open even in Feb) and the in-room steam shower. However, we had terrible sleep due to being able to hear the music from the hotel’s bar until well past 2am, even with earplugs in and despite normally being easy sleepers. Very frustrating given how much they charge for rooms.

The staff service was excellent, having put birthday items in my room for a birthday trip on my part. Balloons, a card, slice of cake and "happy birthday" written on the mirror were lovely touches. The room was lovely, and the steam room inside the shower an outstanding feature that should be sold more actively.

Front desk staff were great!! Very helpful with directions from the hotel into central London. The room was lovely,and very comfortable bed. Roof top bar was a bit disappointing,not a great choice of drinks and limited seating unless you are eating,we were told that it is run independently from Virgin. Overall nice hotel but unfortunately during our stay there was a very bad smell,damp and musty in the corridoors and lift areas but not in the room.
